The most tragic victims of cocaine are babies born from mothers who use highly acidic/toxic recreational drugs during pregnancy. In the United States alone, tens of thousands of cocaine-exposed babies are born in a year. Those not addicted often suffer from a variety of physical problems which can include premature birth, low birth weight, stunted growth, birth defects and acidic damage to the brain and nervous system. In addition to cocaine is sugar in all of its forms, including two reduced forms of sugar called acetylaldehyde and alcohol. Sugar and alcohol are just as addicting and just as damaging as cocaine to the developing fetus.www.articlesofhealth.blogspot.com
